La Ensalada Mexico

2 heads Chopped Romaine
1/2 can drained garbanzo beans
1/2 container of Trader Joes fresh hot salsa, drained (but save the liquid for later)
Chill in fridge for 2 hrs
Brown 1/2 pkg of Trader Joes soy chorizo in skillet
Add chorizo to chilled salad
Very lightly splash with some of the remaining salsa liquid and a splash of olive oil
Toss
Serve

To drink:
In 12 oz glass, fill 1/2 full with ice cubes
Then 3 oz Rosangel Tequila
3 oz diet tonic
3 oz raspberry lemonade crystal light
Stir
Drink
